A gym membership is the best way for fat loss and muscle building since I am in a good environment in terms of physical activity?
When you go the gym, you might end up meeting some friends, which results in more chit-chat and less work. Or you’re standing around waiting for your turn to use the pull-up bar or the barbell. And of course, if you’re working out the WRONG WAY, well, it doesn’t matter WHERE you are!
