Yesterday I launched the 3-day special for the Burn Fat at Home program and I have received lots of great feedback from people, but as always, it comes with some negative thoughts as well.

We can’t please everyone and I am aware of that, but sometimes, as you all know, it’s the negative stuff that sticks on to us.

Because of that, I just wanted to share a little story about me and my background. The following section is borrowed from the application I did for Dax Moy’s Mentorship Program. On the question on why I thought I would be a good candidate for the program, I wrote the following:

“Because the main reason I started in the fitness business industry was in order to help other reach their goals and dreams.

A few years back, I was a head coach of a soccer team in my hometown where 75%
of the players were raised in the “ghetto” and had a foreign nationality.

When I took over the team, it was filled with problems and this team had a
reputation to always start fights and end up in other types of trouble.

Not only did I take this team and turned it from a “losing” team into a winning team,
but most importantly, I sorted out all the social problems they had off the field.

One of the biggest dreams young soccer players in Sweden have is to be able to
compete in the world’s largest soccer tournament, which is located in Gothenburg,
and is called Gothia Cup.

As I said, 75% of the players came from home’s where they sometimes even had a
problem getting food on the table, and getting over $8000 USD for this
tournament seemed impossible to a lot of people, but not to me.

Within the team, we together raised around $3000 ourselves, and I were able to get
a scholarship of $5000 from our city for the work I put down in terms of helping
these young guys to a better life. The scholarship had nothing to do with our results
on the field, it was exclusively based on the “social work” I did for the community.

With this being said, I coached this team about 10 hours/week without any salary
what so ever, I worked full-time in a Supermarket and coached clients on my free
time in order to get enough money to go the United States for educational purposes.

So I have really been helping people my whole life and one of the best things I know
is to see people grow and develop based on what you teach them.

I am truly a person who practice what I preach in terms of helping others and that’s
the reason I believe I would be a good candidate for this program.”

By all means, if you do think I am having this special offer only to rip you off and make
a few extra bucks, then please, do not invest in this program. I really mean it, don’t
go the website and don’t consider investing in it.

If I can help 1 person out of 3000 to change his/her life, then I honestly feel like a
success. I’d rather see 1 person investing in this program and going through with
everything and really trust me, then having 30 people going through it half-heartedly.

Sure, money makes things easier in the short term, but I’d rather go to sleep feeling I
have made a difference instead of feeling I can buy expensive clothes to show off with!

Feel free to comment on, or share this post with your friends!

Alright, only 2 days left to Christmas. Have you taken care of all the Christmas shopping yet? I know I haven’t =).

The other day I sent out a survey to my newsletter subscribers regarding what topics they would like to read more about, and at the top of that list was “motivation, and how to motivate yourself through life when it comes to setting goals, sticking to exercise, etc”.

So therefore, I wanted to share this post with you that I sent out to the list yesterday!

The post is regarding a personal improvement/goal achievement program out there that blew my mind, and that you may want to consider investing in as a Christmas gift for yourself!

My guess is that you probably have heard of all different types of goal achievement programs out there, where some tell you to just think positive thoughts and they will come true, and where some tell you to set up small goals because they are easier to reach.

The program I am referring to is not like all the other goal achievement programs, fact is, it’s quite the opposite.

The program is called The Magic Hundred, and is created by UK:s most respected personal trainer/coach Dax Moy.

If you read the subject line of this email, you saw that it said “Is it really worth $10.000!?”.

So what does that have to do with it?

Well, I first came in contact with the program and Dax Moy through Craig Ballantyne and one of his seminars. I thought The Magic Hundred sounded interesting, but I still didn’t feel like
investing in it, because I felt it probably was like every other goal achievement program out there.

However, a few weeks later I decided to give it a try. One of the absolute best and most powerful things about the program was that it came with an audio version as well, meaning I could put it on my iPod and listen to it in the car, when I was out for a walk, before I went to bed, etc.

Bottom line, I have been listening to the audio program probably more than 20 times the last few months, and it’s so powerful it’s insane.

Regarding the $10.000 issue, what does it have to do with this program?

Well, based on The Magic Hundred, I decided to ask Dax Moy for an interview that I could include in my Burn Fat at Home program, and Dax agreed pretty quickly and did it all for free.

A few weeks later, I heard that Dax were launching a new Mentorship Program for fitness professionals. What I did?

Well, I sent him my application (over 15 pages) and I got accepted. Was it for free?

Definitely not, it cost me $10.000, which makes it the most expensive mentorship program in the world! At that point, it was not like I had $10.000, but when you want something so bad, you just make it happen.

I found a way to come up with $10.000 and the rest is history!

The message from this is that I decided to pay Dax Moy $10.000 based on The Magic Hundred and one single interview.

Do I have to say anything else?

I haven’t regret it one single time, and it all started with The Magic Hundred, a goal achievement program that sell for $59.99.

If you are considering 1 Christmas gift to buy for yourself, this really is the program I’d recommend 7 days a week!

Click here to get The Magic Hundred right now!

Believe me, this will be the best investment you have done so far, and as I said, it made me pay out $10.000 without doubting a second!

That’s all for now!

Sincerely,
Jonas Forsberg

You know what that common thing is?

Excuses! Ever heard of it before? =)

I would like to share an excerpt from the Burn Fat at Home program.

People find it hard to start a new exercise program for several reasons. Some people try to hide it by using excuses to why they don’t have to start a new exercise program.

As I said, I have heard a whole bunch of excuses to why people “don’t need to” start a new exercise program. Check out this excerpt to see some of the excuses I have been told over the years:

From Burn Fat at Home – The Manual. Page. 11-12:

Some of the most common excuses:

“I don’t have time to exercise.”
(With Burn Fat at Home you do have time. You do have 12 minutes per day, right? )

“I am too tired when I come home from work.”
(This one is fixed easy. Do the workouts before you go to work.)

“I might not be in the same shape as I was 15 years ago, but a few extra
pounds and extra fat won’t kill me.”
(Research shows that adding a few pounds of fat over the long run is very dangerous. Let’s say you add five pounds of fat each year. Multiply that by 10 years and you do have a problem. Weight gain later in life is far more dangerous, especially for women.)

“I don’t need to exercise. I take the stairs every day.”
(Sure, that’s better than nothing, but it won’t get you in your best shape ever — Burn Fat at Home will certainly help you reach those goals.)

“I am too old to exercise.”
(Resistance training is the most effective way to prevent and treat osteoporosis and arthritis. Even if you can’t perform high- intensity workouts, still aim to perform resistance training since this will get your bones stronger and you will be able to stay in the game a few more years.)

“I eat healthy so I don’t need to exercise.”
(Try to go for that if you want, but it is BS. Exercise mixed with good nutritional habits is the only way to enjoy a healthy life. Sure, controlling your nutritional intake may keep your weight and fat at a steady level, but exercise is the only way to strengthen bones and work your cardiovascular system.)

“It won’t hurt if I cheat today. I will correct it another day.”
(Let me put it like this, getting in to a state of mind where you just push things forward will
only cause you problems. The typical “Eh, I’ll just do it tomorrow” attitudes is probably the MOST COMMON reason for failure when it comes to health and maintaining a healthy weight. You won’t do it tomorrow. Take action and start the Burn Fat at Home program today!)

Take a few minutes to think about these excuses. Have you used any of them yourself?

If that’s the case, I hope you realize it’s time to make a change!

Your coach,
Jonas Forsberg

Some of the most covered topics in the media today is related to diets and weight loss programs. One day you are told to eliminate all fat from your diet. The next day, carbohydrates are the evil culprits you are advised to avoid.

Some of these diets are more stupid than others. Remember, the media is supposed to make headlines, and the more out of the picture, the better.

So what is the problem with all these diets and weight loss programs?

To start with, most of them involve subtracting one or more food groups from your diet. The truth is, when you take carbohydrates or fat out of your diet, you are doing more harm to your health than good.

The media often seems to have found a new mind blowing diet or weight loss program that is capable of getting you in the best shape ever.

They provide images of people that have lost HUGE amount of weight in NO TIME. This is the wrong picture to portray for two reasons: the word weight, and the methods advertised.

1. The BS About Weight

Just about anyone who wants to become healthy focuses exclusively on weight. Lets say you want to look good in the mirror or be able to fit into those amazing jeans of yours.

Should you really focus exclusively on your weight? Definitely not!

For those of you who know anything at all about the human body and its functions, you know that muscles are more dense than fat, which leads to the fact that muscles mass is more compact than fat and only takes up 1/3 the space.

What we should focus on instead is body fat and the way we look and feel. Weight itself does not show whether you are unhealthy or not, at least not the way the general public tends to believe these days.

When you read about health in the newspaper, they always talk about weight! It is rarely about fat, and that is really the big issue today.

2. BMI – A Good Way of Measuring Health?

BMI stands for Body Mass Index and is supposed to determine whether or not a person is healthy or overweight/obese.

Magazines often provide a BMI calculator for the reader so they easily can determine whether he or she is in the danger zone.

You may think that BMI sounds like a decent measurement to determine health, but let me tell you that it is NOT! Look at this list:

- Shawn Crawford, Sprinter (USA)
- Mark Lewis-Francis, Sprinter (GB)
- Ryan Bayley, Cycling (AUSTRIA)

I could keep adding names to this list all day long. Wondering why I am showing you this list?

These world class athletes are all classified as overweight by the BMI guidelines. You can also find athletes that have been classified as obese by BMI guidelines. Come on!

Do you really think world class athletes that basically live for training and health would be overweight and obese?

The reason you should take BMI guidelines with a grain of salt is similar to the issue of weight scales. BMI does not consider the fact that muscles are more dense than fat.

Bottom line: From now on, do not use BMI when it comes to monitoring or deciding whether or not you are unhealthy, or in the danger zone.

Do however, use weight scales, BUT ONLY, if you use it together with either a tape measurement or fat percentage test!

Sincerely,

Jonas Forsberg

Today, I’d like to tell you a little more about the importance of social
support.

Researchers at the Karolinska Institute (Sweden actually), studied
men and women from an online weight loss club to see what made
the difference between people who successfully lost weight and those
who didn’t.

Their findings wasn’t too surprising actually. They found that those
men and women who used the weight loss club online most frequently,
also were those who lost the most weight.

What’s the lesson learned from this?

Well, it shows the importance of having social support. And a lot of
people have a hard time finding that social support in their surrounding,
so therefore online support is one of the most important factors for
success if your goal is losing weight or getting in shape!

It is at this community you will see me spending most of my time online, and I will interact and help you out on a daily basis.

It doesn’t cost you a dime to join, so why shouldn’t you?

Head on over to:

It’s Saturday and I wasn’t going to write anything today, but I just wanted to leave a short note!

12 Days of Fitness that I have been talking about for a while now launched on Dec 10. My program The Bodyweight Holiday System was up on Day 1, and so far, there’s been quite a massive amount of people downloading the program.

Is it 100 people? 500? 1000? 1300?

No, it’s actually 1500 people so far, and it’s only been up there for 4 days.

What those on the list doesn’t know, but soon will find out, is that I have decided to throw in another amazing bonus for them, and it will only be offered to those who downloaded The Bodyweight Holiday System!

I think a lot of these 1500 people will get quite excited when they receive this additional gift from me, since it’s literally worth $39.95. I can’t say more than that!

So if you haven’t downloaded The Bodyweight Holiday System yet, and want to be able to get the unannounced bonus, then you need to act pretty soon. The offer is only up there for a few more days!

The best part about it, I am just one of more than 100 fitness experts giving away gifts for being part of 12 Days of Fitness. It’s been a huge success so far, so don’t miss out on it!

It’s time for Nutrition Tip #3-4. Before I go on with that, how are you feeling today?

A bit sore maybe, a little tired?

I really hope you don’t use that as an excuse to not perform another workout, because that just not good enough!

So stop making excuses and get to action. If you are having a hard time getting it done and need someone to help you “go that extra mile”, then sign-up for the community – The Burn Fat at Home Inner Circle.

Over there you can ask any question you like that may have to do with anything related to fat loss or getting in shape.

I actually think that the members at the community even can help you with more than that =).

Give it a try!

Click here to get to The Burn Fat at Home Inner Circle

Alright, time for nutrition tip #3-4!

=> Nutrition Tip #3 – Eat carbohydrates!

Here’s where a lot of people get it wrong. Most of you know that carbohydrates are “suppose” to be the bad guy today.

Fact is, that’s not correct. Carbohydrates are the only nutrient who serve the brain and the Central Nervous System, and that’s one of the reasons people with a low carbohydrate intake experience lack of concentration and have a hard time focusing over a longer period of time.

You see, I like to divide carbohydrates into good or bad carbs. Let’s start with the bad carbs.

Bad carbs:

- Processed/Modified Carbs. This includes food sources such as:

Bread, Pasta, Cereal, Granola Bars, Muffins, and anything else that is pre-packaged in a box or bag.

So basically, sources that are not eaten in its original form, that’s a carbohydrate source to avoid.

But before we go on, let me tell you one thing. I definitely don’t eat based on an all or nothing type of approach. I love pasta, rice and bread, and I do eat it, I really do.

With that being said, I don’t eat it with every meal and I don’t eat it in huge portions, I fill up my plate with more colorful greens and vegetables, and with lean protein sources.

Good carbs:

- Everything that is in its natural form: All different types of veggies you could imagine. Follow the “rainbow” approach and mix as many colors as possible!

A lot of people tend to forget that vegetables are considered to be carbohydrates, so by limiting your intake of pasta, rice, and bread, and increasing your intake of colorful veggies, you are still getting a good amount of carbohydrates.

And don’t worry about overeating and gaining weight on vegetables, that’s basically impossible. There’s not a single person in the history who has gained weight on eating too much vegetables, so don’t worry about that!

=> Nutrition Tip #4 -Don’t forget fat

I just told you what carbohydrates sources to avoid and which ones to choose, and today I got a similar topic regarding fat.

What I recommend for all nutrients is to find whole food sources, meaning food products that are in its original form. So that’s one thing you will see me coming back to pretty often!

To move on, here’s the list of 3 different fatty acids:

- Saturated

- Monounsaturated

- Polyunsaturated

Without going to deep into this, saturated fat is what you should keep as low as possible.

Saturated fat is the animal produced fat, such as the fat around the pork chop, the high fat content in cheese, milk, etc.

For dairy products, choose low fat options. The only difference between low fat milk and high fat milk is exactly that, the fat content. You still have the same amount of vitamins and minerals in
both of these, so always choose the low-fat version.

I won’t go into the difference between the two unsaturated fats, but when it comes to food sources, these are the ones to choose most frequently:

- All different types of seeds and nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)

- Olive oil and Canola oil

- Avocados

- Fatty fishes (mackerel, sardines)

A good option is to choose a quality Omega-3 supplement if you have a hard time getting these food products into your daily nutrition intake.

That’s it for today!

You know have 4 nutrition rules to take with you, and you will get the next 2 within a day or two. So for now, start implementing these rules into your daily schedule together with the workout from The Bodyweight Holiday System and you will see rapid changes, I promise you that!

Have a great day,

Jonas Forsberg

Wow, 12 Days of Fitness launched about 36 hours, and it’s been insane so far. Me personally I have had over 1200 people downloading The Bodyweight Holiday System and the number is increasing all the time.

I am really happy to be able to share all of this with so many people, and if you haven’t taken action on the offer yet, then maybe it’s time to stop pushing things forward, and instead take action right now!

Hey, it’s for FREE!

Click here to get The Bodyweight Holiday System NOW!

I promised 12 unique nutrition tips for those who signed-up, and I intend to hold that promise! I am going to update this blog with 2 nutrition tips every 3rd day from now on, and in this email you got number 1-2.

=> Nutrition Tip #1 – Small and often

During this time a year, we often eat huge meals when we do eat, and in between, we eat nothing.

You need to change this and eat several small meals throughout the day, since that will keep your metabolism high and your body will get enough fuel equally divided throughout the course of the whole day.

When your body doesn’t receive nutrition for a long of period, it gets into “starvation mode”, which means your body start to store body fat, and that’s the opposite of what we actually want to do, right?

Try to eat every 2-3 hours (MAX 4 hours in between) to make sure you keep your metabolism high and you stay in focus throughout the whole day!

=> Nutrition Tip #2 – Notebook

Here’s the reason a lot of people have a problem with their daily nutritious intake, they have no control over how much, or what they actually are eating!

Sometimes it’s very important to see it with your own eyes on paper what it is you actually are eating every day.

It might sound hard and time-consuming to start taking notes, but it really is not. It will take you 1 min tops for every meal!

Your notes could be like this:

3 Whole eggs

1/2 Tomato

1/3 Red Onion

2 slices of whole wheat bread

4 slices of low-fat cheese

That’s it! That’s all you need to do.

If you remember what you ate yesterday, include that as well. Do this every day for these 12 days and make it a rule to always go through your notes at the end of each day to see if it looks good to your eyes, for example, if you food choices looks good, your portion size, etc.

Alright, take action on these 2 tips, and don’t forget the most important part:

The Workouts! =)

Stay strong,
Jonas

As a matter of fact, it included a lot of work, but everything that includes Burn Fat at Home and fitness does not really feel like work to me, it’s more of a hobby. I hope you feel the same about your job!

I have 2 notes to add to this post that you really should take action on ASAP!

1. The Burn Fat at Home Inner Circle

First off, I have been spending my whole weekend setting up a community for all the Burn Fat at Home followers. It’s a community where you can interact with others and you and I can get to know each other.

I really don’t want this to be one-way traffic, meaning I write and you read, that’s it. I want to connect and I really hope you do to.

The community is basically like Facebook for people who are interested in health/fitness, making lifestyle changes, discussing their current workout schedule with others, etc.

Check it out by clicking the link below. It is 100% free, and you don’t have to buy the Burn Fat at Home program if you don’t feel like it. Just sign-up and start to contribute, get to know some new friends, help each other, etc.
