How do I download my free report?
All you have to do is go to www.BurnFatAtHome.com and fill in your name and email address on the form that pops up. You will then receive an email with the subject “Confirm your subscription to BurnFatAtHome.com.” (Make sure that if you have any sort of spam blocking software you add BurnFatAtHome.com to your list of approved senders.) Click on the “Confirm” link in the email and you will be automatically redirected to the reports.
Is it safe to put my email address into the form? Will I receive spam and other stuff afterwards?
We adhere to a strict privacy policy and keep all information we receive confidential. All personal information you provide will be safe with us.
What is next after I have added my information and signed up for the newsletter?
You will receive a confirmation email, from which you will be able to click on the “Confirm” link to be taken to the site where you can download your reports. Follow the instructions on that page to get your free reports. (If the email is not showing up in your inbox, refer to the first question on this page.)
I can’t view the report. What’s the problem?
The reports are available in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat, you can download it for free by going to www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/reader.
To save the report to a specific folder on your hard drive, right click on the report title, "save target as" and select the destination folder where you want to save it. The PDF report format is compatible with all computers including Mac and PC, so you should be able to print it or simply read it right on your computer screen.
Is Burn Fat At Home for everyone? What if I am a sedentary person, and am qualified as obese? Will the program still work for me?
The Burn Fat At Home program is NOT recommended for highly obese people, due to the fact that high intensity training may be a health risk for them. ALWAYS consult a physician before starting ANY new program.
What is an ebook? Why is Burn Fat At Home not available as a regular book?
An ebook is a PDF file that you can download right off of the internet. It makes the product available immediately after purchase, so you can start the program the minute you order it. Keeping the product available in only PDF format also makes it much easier to ensure that all our customers have the most recent updates.
Can I order from countries outside of the United States?
